This week before the end of the year we had to complete a SLJ task witch is To make a fish and chips store with a logo name and menu me and my friend Baileigh buddied up for this task and this is what we did for the task our fish and chips store name is frying Nemo and the logo is a plain black fish and then you can have a look at our menu for the drinks deserts and deals id say its pretty cheap for a fish and chips shop enjoy!

This week we got to explore Papyrus AI in Writing. Papyrus AI is a generative AI which has to do with creating things. We used it to help us write a narrative story that incorporated two different fairy tales : Beauty and the Beast, and The Little Mermaid. Papyrus asked us for our ideas, and gave us feedback to improve our paragraphs, until we had completed our whole narrative story. I liked that papyrus halp me In everything with my story. Ariel and Belle: An Ocean of Friendship
Once upon a time, there was a mermaid named Ariel who lived in a beautiful underwater kingdom called Atlantica. She was adventurous, loved playing with her fish friends, and was known for her fiery red hair. Curious about the world above the sea, Ariel swam further than ever before and met fishermen, who then captured her.
In a distant city, Belle, who was usually held by the Beast, ventured out to help her sick father. When she stumbled upon a restaurant advertising mermaids, she found Ariel inside a tank. Compelled to help, Belle offered her golden crown in exchange for Ariel’s freedom. Ariel was hopeful to return to the ocean but felt nervous with the Beast around.
The next morning, Belle, determined to help, packed some seaweed and, with the Beast’s help, drove Ariel to the beach in a tank. As they said their goodbyes, Ariel dived back into the water, relieved and overjoyed.
To everyone’s surprise, Ariel returned the next day with legs and walked back to Belle’s castle. She stayed with Belle for a week, and upon leaving, Belle gifted Ariel a bag of seaweed. Ariel returned to the ocean, where she shared the seaweed with her fish friends, happy to be home again.

Comprehension Revision
This week we practiced answering questions about a text. We learned how to find important words in the question and look in the text for the answer. We also learned to cross out wrong answers and pick the best one. This helps us understand what we read better.
PBS DISCO
This week my school had a disco it started at 4:30 and ended at 6:30. We had so much fun, we also had chips and drinks and glowstick necklace, and we were dancing, singing, and screaming so much. It was also my friends birthday Baileigh.

Kiekie Design – TLW
Here is my kiekie design I created for Tongan Language Week. We had a runway and did a dress to impress in front of our class.
First we designed our kiekie on the template, then we printed, laminated, cut it, and stapled it together so it looked like the front of a kiekie. 
Olympics 2024
This term we are learning about the Olympics. Me and one of my partners we got an olive wreath and put it around Zeus. And then we put it on a slideshow so everyone can see it.
